Hi All

I've actually been using this site before and lost track of this and in that time picked up about 5kg's.

Bummer, so now I am back on the site to monitor my eating and exercise and work towards my goal.

    School is going to South Africa in April/May for 13 days-Johannesburg,Durbin and Capetown.Can't wait.
