What is your motivation?

My motivation is to be healthy before having kids to be healthy as a habit, instead of continued trial and error. I don't want my future kids to have the same issues I grew up with.
Sometimes it is hard to stay on the path, but this, is now the longest I've stuck to trying to lose weight without giving up, and I am still at full steam. (Sometimes having doubts, but I keep going).

Mine is very similar to yours. I have 3 children and I want to be able to watch them grow, get married, and have children of their own. I lost my father when I was 26 to a massive heart attack. I don't want to put my children through the pain I went through when I lost my Dad 2 years ago. And of course to just be fit, healthy, strong and to look hot!0

Do you have a Pinky to your Brain for world domination?0 -
My kids. How unfair it would be for them to not have a dad because he enjoyed an extremely unhealthy diet. How selfish of me...and my brother (who is halfway done with bootcamp) keep busting *kitten* lil bro im holding up my end!!!0

I don't have kids yet, but I know where you're coming from. I lost my mom when I was about 20 (Cancer), and my dad when I was 29 due to a heart attack. His health wasn't the best due to being overweight. I think my parents should be on my motivation list.
Looking strong and hot are good motivators too. I've got a long way, I don't ever want to be pencil thin, I think I would look funny, but strong and muscles are a good goal.0 -

My son. My parents died early and I want to be around as long as possible for all stages of his life.
My second reason would be, I would really like to know what I would be like at my optimum weight and healthy. I have always been overweight, so I am curious to see how my life while change or not with the weight loss.0 -

Umm, my friend is a film editor, so if you want, you could send me a copy of the video and I could forward it to him. I mean, after I review it... for scientific purposes.0 -
