It's been 69 days and I'm one third of the way to my goal weight. I've only exercised once and that was so I could eat Buffalo wild wings without going over. Only 60lbs to go. I hope it keeps coming off.

    Yeah, I do. I'd like to get the phisque back I had when I was in the army.
