Hi everyone, I am fairly new to MFP and I just realized these message boards were here. I am one of those people who never stick to anything more than a couple of weeks, but I am tired of being tired!! Yes, I want to be thin, but when I hit 30, I realized I would rather feel better inside than what others feel about my outside. The way I see it, they both go hand in hand anyway. I am looking forward to my cravings disappearing. I don't want to use the word diet, so is it wrong to turn down things by saying, no I am healthy-ing (instead of dieting!)?0
