need friends

Hello everyone. I would like to meet some new people to encourage each other. I tend to diet and workout for a few months then slack off for a while. I want to be pushed to my limits this time. I have fibromyalgia so theres days that I honestly cant workout but for the most part the workouts help me with the pain. I joined a gym again and I also love the zumba videos.

    Very much the same here, I get on to a good wicket - eat well, start running regularly throughout the week (which is tough with my busy schedule, usually about 8.30pm or 5.30am) I feel good when the wheels are in motion and I think I even start seeing results but it all eventually takes its toll and when juggling work and family and I throw a spanner in the works and slack of again... I'm up for some peer encouragement or tips to keep the motivation going, anything that'll make me think twice before putting that timtam to my lips!

  • Feel free to add me as well. I've been "dieting" for the last year and not much luck. I definitely need someone to help keep me motivated and not frustrated with remaining the same weight. We can help each other :)
