Hi everyone! I'm a single mom of 3. I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds. Even if I don't lose that much, I want to get to a healthy body shape. I'm big on stress eating. So, hopefully tracking what I do will help me see and be more aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. Another biggy for me, is getting as many fruits and veggies in as possible. My father passed with MS 3 months ago and my sister (age 24) was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. With all of the genetic disorders in my family, it is very important to me to eat well and be healthy. Any help/ advice is much appreciated! Thanks!
