Third attempt as PC keeps crashing!
Height- 5 foot exactly
Start weight - 174, UK size 16, junk food and chocolate addict, smoked 20 a day and drank regularly.
current weight - 113, UK size 6-8 dont smoke, dont eat crap and drink ocassionally.
Lost 39 lbs by myself using JM 30 DS, walking and generally watching what I ate, then found this amazing site and with the help and support of all of you managed to get myself down a further 22lbs to a healthy BMI and weight. I am no longer diabetic and havent needed insulin for 12 months!
I had targeted to be 4lbs lighter but I have been gaining and losing the same 3lbs for the past 2 months so think my body is happy and I will stay where I am.
I had one cheat day where I didnt watch what I ate (didnt go crazy either) and enjoyed a few glasses of wine once a week, I went to the gym 3 x a week doing 30/40 mins cardio and weight training, also in the past 2 months I have started training for my first marathon in Sept to raise money for Breast cancer research follwing my 25 year old cousin being diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer and undergoing chemo in the past 6 months.
My before pics are a bit crap as I never really took any as I didnt have faith I could ever do this.
I never had a tummy like this before I had my two children! I feel fit and healthy for the first time in my life! I'm covered in stretch marks and saggy mummy tummy but I have my health back, and energy to play with my two beautiful children and I feel very very lucky.
I couldnt have done this without MFP and all of you and your support and advice so I thank you all and look forward to supporting others in their journey!
Before (hope they dont come out huuuuge!)
and after (taken after my work out this morning)

Try putting the IMG in lowercase. Sometimes it makes a difference.
BTW - I didn't come here to say just that. I am mega-INSPIRED by you. I used to smoke (quit 2 years ago) and I know how hard it is, so I'm VERY proud of you. Not to mention, you're getting healthier by the second. You are awesome!!!!!!!!!!0 -
