I hope this works! I am pretty discoured with all this. I lost 35 last year, but have quickly gained it all back. This is my last effort, if this doesn't work I am either doomed to remain a fat slob or try phentermine

I AM A NEW MEMBER AS WELL. I NOTICED THAT YOU MENTIONED PHENTERMINE. THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE TAKING THIS PILL ALONG WITH B-12 SHOT, AND WATER PILL.. DOES IT REALLY WORK? WHAT ARE THE SIDE AFFECTS?0 -
Just FYI - phentermine is in the same class as amphetamines - meaning it has addictive potential and is classified as a controlled substance in the US.

After a decade of dieting, I've finally come to the realization that there isn't a quick-fix pill/shot/surgery/etc. There are MANY temporary solutions, but the permanent change comes from a conscious decision to live a healthy lifestyle. This is a choice I face many times each day - to exercise or not, to eat an apple or a bag of chips, etc. Of course, easier said that done
I find that the only way I can lose/maintain my weight is by tracking my food (I'm a visual person) and exercising at least 30 minutes a day (some days this is just a walk around the parking lot). I'm not aspiring to be a size zero - instead I'm setting "activity" goals for myself (I want to hike the Tahoe Rim Trail - 165 miles, and swim the Alcatraz Shark Fest - 1.5 miles). In order to do that, I need to be fit. In order to be fit, I need to eat healthy and exercise/train.
Here's to all of us achieving our goal with whatever tools we find along the way!
