Looking for some excercises to get rid of my muffin top....I walk 1-3 hours 6 times a week, & lift light weights.....
I am limited on somethings because of 7 back surgeries, but I will try anything at least once...
I have access to a gym too....

Not sure if you can do it with your back, but people say the plank is good for muffin tops? :ohwell:0

If its muffin top around your hips (rather than tummy) then squats are brilliant for that! :-)0

It comes down to toning your abdominal muscles and reducing your overall body fat percentage. You have probably heard that it is impossible to "spot reduce," meaning the only way to remove fat from one area of the body is to have a global reduction in body fat. Everyone's body prioritizes fat storage differently.
If your body fat percentage is on the low side, then try including more oblique and abdominal toning exercises into your lifting routine.0
