So, just wondering if there are any other 'Love' Handle haters out there like me.
Its the one major thing i want gone, and wouldnt mind knowing:
How long it took you to get rid of yours?
How you did it?
If youre still trying?
In need of motivation ^_^

Unfortunately, you can't pin point an area to 'get rid of' in a purposeful way. Where you lose your inches and in what order is defined by genetics, and where you carry most of your weight. I lost mine by waiting it out and counting calories, unfortunately.
You can 'tighten' the area after weight has been lost by working on transverse abs/lower back, I guess. But most of the battle is done the old fashioned, boring way.0 -
I don't hate, but I notice a lot of times, women who complain about their "love handles" don't have love handles... they have hips. Beautiful, curvy, sexy, glorious hips, with a nice, defined waist... but since they're not built like a Victoria's Secrets model, they think it's love handles and bad and wrong and gross.

I was wondering what other people were doing to help get rid of them.
I know you can pinpoint otherwise im sure no one would have any hah
And i do actually have them, hence why i hate them lol. its the one thing i hate.
This post seems to have been kinda pointless =[0 -
Same as any other way to reduce body fat... reasonable calorie deficit for the amount of weight you want to lose, adequate protein, and regular exercise including strength training.
Since you're within 10 pounds of your goal, you should make sure you're set to lose a half pound a week, and eat the calories earned from exercise. For me, and many others, too large of a calorie deficit meant burning a disproportionate amount of muscle while trying to lose fat.0 -

Well, helping to get rid of and pinpointing are surely the same thing? People store fat in particular places, and losing weight will help get rid of the fat. That's all 'love handles' are. Hips and thighs are notoriously a pain to get rid of weight from, if you are a lady who is that way inclined, but I promise, it does happen eventually. Just keep going, stay active and eat at a calorie deficit.0 -
My love handles have significantly reduced since doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Im.3/4 way through ripped in 30 and im glad to say they have all but gone, leaving a nice shape behind0
