Am I too thin?

I am 5'7 and due to exam stress, have dropped from 126lbs to 104 and an English size 8 to a 6.
I am not crash dieting and eat three meals a day (all nutrient dense stuff like kale and lentil curries, buckewheat tabbouleh, tempeh wraps etc) - although I don't snack now as much as I used to.
I'm still able to do the same weights at the gym - so I haven't lost much muscle- and I fell great (not tired or cold as many people feel when they loose a lot of weight) and full of energy.
Most of my friends think I look fab but my family are worried that I've lost too much weight and am damaging my health.
What should I be doing? I don't want to risk my health in the long term (i'm only 17 right now)

That does sound a bit thin. Can you count all your ribs just by looking at them? Hopefully not so be careful not to drop down too much because you could start losing bone density which is already a battle for some women. Otherwise if you're feeling good and your strength hasn't dropped you're probably not in any kind of serious health danger. Make sure you're getting enough calories every day. Are you following your recommended calorie intake that MFP gives you? Something as simple as a spoonful of peanut butter will add 200 healthy calories to your diet. It's a really calorie dense food that is easy to add to other foods for a little boost.0

Sounds more like you're malnourished. Try and eat better and exercise. It's possible all you lost was fat and water due to the stress, though, highly unlikely. You're currently standing on a very slippery slope. A faulty move here could have you tumbling down losing your progress you've made so far.0
