I can feel a sore throat coming on, but it's not too severe yet. Is there anyway I can take care of it before it becomes a big deal?

My son gets a sore throat often. He eats crushed pineapple. IT HELPS IT GO AWAY BEFORE IT IS BAD IF IT IS FROM ALLERGIES..

If it's mucus related, nasal washes. (They're scary the first time, but work wonders on sinus drip.)
  • I buy a gingerroot, slice it in pieces and put water in a pot, put the ginger in an let it warm up but take it off the stove before it boils. I drain the fluit out and put lemon and syrup in the gingertea and sometimes if it is bad I mix some cayenne pepper to it as well. This works for me
  • I wish I'd read this thread before I went to Walmart. I hope tomorrow afternoon isn't too late to try everyone's suggestions
