    My dog is an awesome workout partner, too, and I feel very guilty when I leave her home from a run or hike. However, I have not started dedicating one run/week to just me because I find that I'm able to relax more and get lost in my run without her.

    Here is a picture of us hiking in Montana last summer. She's the best and couldn't be happier than when she's hiking or at the beach. Good dog! :)

    I have a St. Dane puppy that I love to take to the park. His name is Monty! He cries whenever I leave the house without him. He loves to play are run!
