I am a personal trainer and a CSCS (NSCA).
I was very overweight when I was younger. I lost weight and dealt with body image issues and eating disorders throughout my adolescence.
I am a natural bodybuilder.
I am inspired to pursue my personal goals and motivate others in their own pursuits.
I enjoy helping, debating, and sharing!

Don't be too hard on yourself... If you have really made the decision to be healthier, then act on it and commit!
If you live in a warm area, make a point to go for 30 minute walks every day this week. It is a great way to start.
