Mom of 2! Wanting to get into great shape!

Hi all. I'm a mother of two boys, 2 and 10 weeks. I'm done having kids so want to lose the baby weight, stick to my workouts (normally I don't) and get into the best shape of my life. I'll only be in my twenties once and want to get healthy now so I have a long, active life with my family! Wanting more friends to help me stay motivated!
