Last year I lost weight by eating 5 small meals a day - but I stopped doing it because it got boring. I was eating the same foods all the time. I want to restart this but am looking for alternative ideas. I'd LOVE to hear from those that take this approach to weight loss as well.
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

people at my office ask how I lose weight b/c they say I eat ALL the time - and I do. I love it!
I eat approx. every 3 hours. It's definitely the way to go! I've been eating like this since July and rarely get bored with it. Good luck!0 -

What kind of Mini-meals do you eat?0 -
Breakfast - 2 egg whites, 2 slices WW toast and slice cheddar cheese
or 2-3 egg whites, oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon
I snack a lot on apples - but try to eat whole, natural almonds with it - so I have a better balance of protein with my carb.
I keep protein bars on hard - my fav is zone performance -chocoloate peanut butter
South Beach makes a mini protein snack bar - peanut butter that is really good
I eat alot of chicken breast (of course) - but also make a lot of tilapia! which I love! I try to be creative - for example - the first cold spell I made chicken chili for my family! it was so good and healthy too!
Fish tacos are awesome.
I keep a food journal - and just work to keep it from getting boring.0 -

- pita with hummus
- sandwitches with a variety of things: pb&j, hummus, cheese, salami, turkey, ham, mustard, chicken, tuna fish w/ relish and yogurt (instead of mayo).... or a combo of these things.
- apples, bananas, GRAPES, yes, delicious! strawberries are LOVELY as well, sweet, juicy, mmmm.
- soup (never made it myself, at that point it was mooched or bought)
- chicken with a side of veggies and some sweet yams
- eggs with ham and cheese
er, some meals i eat.0 -
