Problems with weighing

I always eat healthy, 1200 calories a day and burn off calories from cardio and also strength training and I never eat back all my burned calories because I end up having to eat so much. I haven't lost any weight this week and I was wondering if the weight of the burned fat was being replaced by muscle, or am I not eating enough calories and I'm so confused! Would using a tape measure instead of scales help me? I need help Thanks guys!

Your diary is locked, but my instinct says you are not eating enough.
In addition, I rarely lose a pound every week. Some times its .5, other times it has been 2.5. Don't let one week derail you.0 -
One week, especially if you're doing something new, is too small an interval to judge by with the scales. Do you feel better? Do your clothes fit better? Can you give it another week (or 5)? If you're content with your intake, don't think that eating more is going to speed things up. You're eating low enough, unless you're super tiny. So from here I'd say it's just patience.0

You should get a scale that provides a body fat estimate. There also are body fat calculators online that may require the use of a tape measure.0

I looked, and I still think you are not eating enough. If you are going to stick to 1200 calories, I would suggest eating back your exercise calories. I usually do a post workout snack of protein to help rebuild and repair my muscles. Just a suggestion, I am not an expert.0 -

Sometimes your weight will plateau and it can be annoying, but hang in there and it will suddenly just drop off! As long as the scales aren't going up then there's no harm in sticking with this routine for a while. If it doesn't work, you can always switch it up and try eating some of your exercise calories0
