I picked up some southwest stuffed portobellos in the produce section yesterday. Two of them. I thought they would be a perfect dinner (they were 110 calories each).
I was only able to finish one.
How is this even possible????

Portobellos are huge and when you add oil, etc.... They end up very filling.0

I think the best part is that I actually stopped when I was full. That's a huge NSV for me.0

Well portobellos always fill me up, before when I was eating like 3000+ Calories a day for my intensive training, I couldn't eat more than 2 (I was also 15, so bottomless pit).
So my thinking is that those nutrient filled foods fill you up faster and leave you more satisfied. Sometimes I have an 80 Calorie lunch, just with steamed veggies, and I'm stuffed.
So, yeah. This is a great idea for a low Calorie dinner. Good thing to keep in mind!0
