I wonder why it's so little of the lemon juice and Cranberry juice to that much water ... Does adding just that little amount really work??0

Can you still eat? This is not like that lemonade diet where all you do is drink?0

Any water loss will be temporary if you eat to much salt and packaged food you will still retain water when you are done this "cleanse". Eating real food and drinking enough water would be more effective. You can't fix bad habits with a week of cranberry water. If you like the taste add some to you water because you enjoy and cranberry is good for you. There is no magic and I am really starting to find Jillian a bit smarmy with all of her fat burning pills (which I thought she opposed?!) and weight loss tricks. I really used to like her on biggest loser.0

I'm with firepixie - water weight is not losing weight - drink water - eat healthy! there are no tricks or everyone would be super thin! Its basic eat right and workout! Its math -
3500 calories is a pound - if your body needs 1500 calories and you eat an extra 3500 - whether its chocolate or broccoli - if your body can't burn it - its stored! - there are good calories and bad calories - but its still basic math!0 -
