PCOS... Which birth control do you use?

I have PCOS and I feel like my birth control is no longer helping. I think I need a switch. Which do you feel works well for you?

    i've been on Yasmin for years with no problems.

    First I was on ortho tri-cyclen bcp, then I tried yaz, then ocella. Ocella was the best pill for me but they stopped it because of the lawsuits. So now I'm on the Zarah bcp, it's working ok but I liked Ocella better, but obviously I can't take that anymore. :(

    I'm on Sprintec. I think I might need to get on something else though because I've been getting some random spotting. I've heard they can lose their effectiveness over time and I've been on it for a while now. I could be totally wrong, but that's something I've heard. I'm interested to see what others are on so I know what to ask my doctor about (though I do not have the problem you have).
