okay so after lunch I had about 700 calories left
I ate 3 cookies I don't know the cal. count but they were pretty good but normal size cookies so I figure around 350
For dinner I had a pack of tofu shirataki noodles 40 calories. (These are my life savers)
And 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce 70 calories
Then two cups of coleslaw bagged mix 50 calories mixed with 1 tbsp of ranch 70 calories and 1 tablespoon of reduced fat mayo 20 calories
So YAY!!! I still have 92 calories left so if I am hungry later I will have a 100 cal bag of popcorn

If you can get past the smell when you open the bag and a slightly strange texture they rock! They don't taste at all like tofus, in fact they really don't have much flavor but take on the flavor of other food. If you put tomato sauce on them and add fresh veggies they are pretty close to pasta and with few calories! I love them and eat them all the time!0

I think I am going to try the tofu shirataki cold sesame noodles from the HG cookbook within the next few days. They sound delish!!0

Ali, the noodles really do rock, if you can find them. I was getting them from the whole foods store that was like 45 minutes away from me but I found them at a Produce store that just opened up by me. I have heard people don't like them because of the smell but as long as you wash them first (you can even drop them in boiling water real quick) they smell fine the texture is really not that far of from regular spaghetti just a little chewier. I have to sort of wring them out to get most of the water out of them. but they really do take on the flavor of whatever sauce you put on them. If you can find them I definitely recommend you try them with an open mind. But make sure you get the tofu shirataki (it is refrigerated) not just regular shirataki. Regular shirataki is much chewier and comes unrefrigerated but has zero calories. It is worth those 40 calories for the difference in texture.0
