Need alittle help...

Heres what I want to do:

5x days a week I want to do some sort of work out, walking a mile to X amount of squats and so on... But Ill give my self 7 days to complete it... Like a week challenge that I have to complete before the week is over....

So here is what I need help with:

I CANT THINK OF ANY MINI CHALLENGES FOR MYSELF =(
So Can you help me think of stuff to do Ill just pick them all for the next month so im hoping to get alteast 20 Ideas... and try to bring in what I did in week 1 to weeks 2,3, and 4 and up them till im doing them 110%...

    walk or run a mile
    squats

    Things I learned from Crossfit:

    1) 3 sets of 25 kettlebell swings (you can use a barbell too)
    2) 3 sets of 20 air squats (or add weight and make it a goblet squat)
    3) In between sets, run 200-400 meters (about 1/8 - 1/4 of a mile)
