Hiya just wondering what peoples daily food diary looks like and what sort of foods you eat to help me please ) any ideas welcomed xx

Take a look at my diary chick
I still pretty much eat what I like but I make healthier choices and I am ALWAYS checking the nutrional information on all different foods when I go shopping - for example when I make Spaghetti Bolognaise, I use the less than 5% fat mince, I weigh my pasta and get a low fat sauce. I snack on weight watchers bars, fruit and unsalted nuts. I have the odd takeaway, but we are only human and if we deprive ourselves from the food we love, it will just haunt us until we give in and have an unnecessary binge!
As long as you stay under your calories, fat, sat fat and carbs for the day then eat what you choose. This is just my opinion of course and it works for me.

Heyy I'm recovering from anorexia and now i have got to 55kg(121Ib) I want to lose it healthily but calories still scare me so i eat very moderated amounts:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of fruit&nut muesli with 1/4 cup of no fat skim milk
Cup of vanilla rose tea with 1sugar and no fat skim milk
Recess (school):
1 golden kiwi fruit
Lunch:
1 Medium carrot cut into sticks with a tbs of lite Philadelphia cream cheese
Afternoon Tea:
Forme no fat yoghurt (dessert flavours)
Dinner
Rocket salad with 20g beetroot, sundried tomato flavoured tuna, and a teaspoon of mayonaise
Hope I helped, most people just jump up the portions and it's a healthy diet i think goodluck xxx0 -

I will admit I don't always eat clean, and I eat a lot of "everyday" foods. But I always keep it under or just at my calorie goal!0 -
