I just figured out that I can get this for free... =p
Does it work? I've been going on my treadmill.. not running but walking pretty fast for up to 40 minutes.. Should I do Couch to 5k along with my normal routine? Also can I/ how would I track it on here?

    Hey! You should absolutely try it. It's a really easy program and it doesn't take too long (about 30min a day at most).
    Running on a treadmill is fine, especially if you can only get to your run late at night or during the really hot parts of the day. Just set it at a very slight incline. It mimics the motion of pushing your body forward like you would outside rather than just moving your legs.
    I track the calories burned on my treadmill because it asks for me age, weight, and gender. But you can always use a HRM. I find that the averages on MFP overestimate too much. But you would still track as 8min running at whatever mph, and then walking at whatever mph. I don't track the warm-up.

    Give a try. The only thing you can lose is fat.

    ps - wear good shoes!

    Thanks =)
    I need to find a HRM but I don't have any extra money right now.. I mean it would have to be like $10 or less... =/ I haven't been eating back exercise calories so much because I'm afraid of overestimates. I think I'll start that program tomorrow =D
