Are my settings wrong or am I doing something I shouldn't?

Hi all, anyone have an answer to my questions?
I am female, 52 yrs old, 5'2", current weight 130 (up from 127 three weeks ago). I eat back my exorcize calories. I list my activity level as "sedentary" because I work two days/week sitting at a computer most of the time.
These are the settings I have.
Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,200 calories/day
Fitness Goals Calories Burned / Week 1,130 calories/week
Workouts / Week 4 Workouts Minutes / Workout 60 mins
Calories Burned From Normal Daily Activity 1,430 calories/day
Net Calories Consumed* Your Daily Goal 1,200 calories/ day
Daily Calorie Deficit 230 calories
Projected Weight Loss 0.5 lbs/ week
There seems to be nothing I can change to get my projected weight loss any closer to 1.0 lb/week! Any reason why? should I change something such as my workouts?

You only weigh 130 pounds! That is why you can only lose 0.5 pounds a week.
People who weigh 250 pounds can lose 2 pounds a week.
The less you weigh, the more difficult it is to lose a pound.
The more you weigh, the easier it is to lose a pound.0 -
When you have less to lose, weight loss with naturally slow down. If you tried to hit a 500 calorie deficit (the average needed for 1lb a week), then you would be eating too few calories. 1,200 calories is the minimum suggested, on average, for someone to net.0

So if I gain 1 lb it will take 2 weeks to burn it off? That means it will take me until Halloween to get to my goal weight if I follow the program 100 %! Groan!
That seems so far away.................. =:-O0
