Tell me about turbo jam

I was going to order insanity, but it looks way to difficult. Plus I am just getting over phantom ankle pain, so I don't want to push too hard. I was thinking about getting Turbo Jam. I heard it's a less intense workout, but still pretty challenging. Any feed back from people who have used this program would be greatly appreciated!

I'm on week 3 of turbo jam! I love it! It's a lot of fun which to me is important to keep with it! There are several different workouts so you can pick what you want. you should try it!

Turbo Jam is a really fun workout. I did it for a couple weeks but needed a little more intensity so I purchased Turbo Fire. LOVE IT!

Turbo Jam is a dance/kickboxing hybrid workout that follows the current functional fitness trend (which I hope is here to stay because it's really a good idea) of focusing on heavy core involvement in each exercise. The intensity is pretty moderate but it's a good cardio workout.

That's actually a good question. I have tried 30ds and only did the first level 5 days because the jumping jacks were too much on my letf ankle. I had this random pain in my left ankle that came suddenly and almost caused me to see a specialist (it was that bad) it just went away a couple days ago. I don't want to push it, but I need to get back to working out. I gym it and stuff, but it's not the same. I want a full out workout ( somewhat challenging) that I can do at home..

So it's a good beginners workout then?

I've been doing it for about 3 months and love it.I never get bored of it because it's different everyday and love the fact that they incorporate strength training in it too,it really is an all around great workout!! Easy to follow moves and when I started it I was about 230lbs and could still keep up so I would defiinitely suggest it!
And they do have low impact moves you can follow is you have physical limitations.

I just did Turbo Jam this morning, one of my favorites - I wouldn't say beginner - maybe intermediate. If I havent worked out for awhile I break it up and do half now later. Its a great workout though I always feel like I worked my entire body.

Really. I think (for me at least) It was the fact that I have pretty much never seriously worked out before. I just bought the shred and went with it. My body was like, umm.... NO. lol But hopefully i'll be okay with this program.

I read customer reviews on the website which pretty much all raved about the workouts, but they are all reviews on the products site after all. I like the feedback from you guys because even though I have never met you, I feel like i'm getting real feedback from real people. Thanks again everyone.

One of the most difficult things you will ever do in your life is finding a legitimate review of a Beachbody product by someone who isn't actually a Beachbody coach.

Turbo Jam is far more cardio oriented then 30DS. On the flip of that, though, if you enjoy Chalene instead of Jillian (Which I do because I cannot stand when Jillian opens her mouth..), you can get the Chalene Extreme dvd's for additional cardio options and strength training. They're all effective, but I like the integration of weights/cardio for 30DS. The Sculpting Turbo Jam video just doesn't do it for me.

Thats why I value all of your opinions and not those of the website lol

That's my plan to I figured I'm gonna reward myself with probably TurboFire after I reach my under 200lb goal lol which should be in a couple weeks then I'll do a hybrid cause I really like Turbo Jam,I tried 30DS but after about a week it just got so boring I couldn't bring myself to do it anymore lol.

Chalene! She's got such a great personality. But, I'm not a big fan of Turbo Jam .... (lone dissenter here) ... it's pretty cheesy. Background exercisers are like "look at me" (my pet peeve). I'm sure Turbo Kick and Turbo Fire are much more professionally done.

So many great videos, every single person can find something they like .... collagevideo.com and totalfitnessdvds.com are great places to read reviews & watch clips of workouts.
