How Did You Do This Weekend?

Ok, I actually stayed within my 1200 calorie goal this weekend Fri-Sun except Saturday and I went over 127 cals, which really isn't that bad. I actually tracked EVERYTHING I ate, even when we went out because I have the app on my iPhone. BUT even though I tracked all weekend and stayed pretty much within my limits, on cals, fat and everything I was still up 1.5lbs this morning. That goes to show how unhealthy eating out is even if you stay within your limits! I made a point to plan my meals for this week and I had a tuna and tomato sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. I am happy with my choice and feel better about myself! My family and I are going to the beach this weekend so I plan to track track track all week so that staying on track this weekend to, I hope I won't see a weight gain next Monday morning! Tell me how you did this weekend!

    I did OK. Had pizza Saturday night, but I'd burned about 800 calories at the gym so I felt OK about eating it. I did pretty well the rest of the weekend.

    I splurged a bit, salad and cheese bread Saturday night, and more salad yesterday along with the leftovers, and a candy bar. Filled up mostly on veggies(tons of them) and salad and allowed myself the greasy, cheesy treat and the sweet treat. I know I went over my 1200cals but only enough to hit my 'maintenance' level, not enough to gain anything noticeable. That's the best I can hope for on a day or two when I'm allowing myself a break from the grind. Right back on the usual track today. :)
