    Yummy! We made this for Easter with a variation. We used sugar free lemon jello mix, without the strawberry chunks, obviously...but, it's so good you can do it with ANY flavor!! It's good stuff!

    Also, a reminder for those living up in New England: you can buy the plain fluff at the market to save a step :)

    (up here, people use this as a sandwich spread and on top of ice cream/frozen yoghurt)
