    wait, you're a woman? haha kidding... but seriously your arms look amazing. YOU look amazing. I still don't understand why a lot of women are afraid of lifting. Stumbling upon stumptuous.com was one of the best things that happened to me... I love lifting now!

    I havent heard of this site...gonna have to check it out. I started with the New Rules for Lifting... got somewhat bored...and started intergrating some you tube stuff and mixing it into the NRFWL...

    Those that love the elliptical...you are a better woman than me...for those that HATE IT- you can still get great results without 3 hours doing cardio per day!
