    I love SOME of P90X, I do random workouts depending on my mood... You can friend me if you like! My favorites are Cardio X, Shoulders & Arms, and Core Synergistics. Plyo if I really need a burn!

    Me too! Love Plyo because I am addicted to the burn. I do hate yoga. I skip that one and use others I like instead.

    I did p90x two summer ago and was in the best shape of my life! I just started the lean program back up again (No plyo lol). Feel free to add me, I could use some motivation to stick with it!
