Reasonable snacks

Any of you highly knowledgeable people out there have any thoughts on Larabar or Trio bars as snacks? Are they ok as fillers between meals? Or even as a breakfast meal? I need serious help with my diet and curbing cravings throughout the day.

Larabars are a good options. Can't argue with list of ingredients, but they do use oils, which isn't listed. I've not heard of trio. I'll check it out0

I would search online for " are nutrition or energy bars good for you". I have read that many are no better then candy bars.

I love Trio bars!! But am also curious whether they are actually a good option, simply because they're so high in calories, for a snack bar.0
