I'm finally getting serious. Need some buddies.

Hi everyone,

I am about 25 lbs overweight and have been this weight for about 8 years. I have had 2 kids in the past 3 years and am done having children now so I'm ready to get in the best shape of my life. I'm 5'7" and 159 lbs right now, but I want to be 135 or less. I'm going back to work next week after being home for a year and a half and I don't know how I'm going to fit working out in, but I'm going to do my best.

I'd love some buddies on here to share with. Thanks!!

    Hey, I like that your wanting to lose weight and eger! :) I suggest you do cardio circuit training it really gets your heart going and loses the calories and make syou feel good :)

  • incline walk on the treadmill for 30 mins plus...that is a great way to start, thats how i get back into running, stick with it. <3

    hi there x why dont u do the 30 day shred by gillian micheals it hard but its only 20 mins x i do it at about 6 in the morning x i am part of a group who are all doing it x
