I just opened up my brand new Oikos strawberry flavored yogurt and it was already mixed...I didn't check the date, I just inhaled it blindly...now I feel gaseous and my nipples are tingly...

    I always say that if it single portion SEALED yogurt, I will still usually eat them up to a month past due.
    As yogurt already has bacteria in it. But I would not eat it if it smells bad or has mold growing in it.
    Also this does not count for the big tubs of yogurt that you take a bit out everyday for you meals. If the big tub is past due.... it's past due since it is not sealed.
    I follow this and I have never ever been sick.
