cravings at work

What do you randomly crave at work? I'm in the mood for pizza and breadsticks. I know this is not on my diet but I want some so bad. lol

I can go all day without eating junk food, I get my cravings at night when I get home from work. It is so weird, I am not sure why this happens, but I can come home, work out and then I need a cookie! Lol0

I'm eating toostie roll midgees as I type this at work! My place always has some pastry or another, so work is definitely hard for me!!0

Some sort of chocolate...EVERYDAY!0

u can have it BUT portion control !!!!! 1 stick and 1 slice dnt deprive yourself of the foods u love just small portions and u will do just fine eat jigh carbs for lunch try to only have 50 carbs two daze in a row balance it out u can do it and eat what u want :laugh:0

I crave my dinner, all afternoon, after lunch, I'm thinking about getting home to prepare my yummy dinners!0

Oddly, I do pretty well at work if I keep my stress levels balanced. I've started walking on my breaks instead of sitting at the desk and it has helped to reduce idle time and my stress, hence my cravings have decreased as well.0

We got candy and soda all over our office. They just barely got stocked up on everything too. I find it easy to stay away from soda and stick to water. Those chocolate candies always get me. lol I just try and stick to their hard candy selection.0

My workplace's cafeteria has restaurant quality desserts at ridiculously low prices. I do my best to completely ignore that section when I go in there. If the craving really hits, I select the least damaging option...or I grab an apple instead. I also try to keep some tasty but more healthy choices at my desk.0

I bring in an apple and yogurt with water every morning. I try and stay away from everything. While my co-workers go out for lunch I stay inside with my homemade sandwich. lol0
