My company's vice president, my hairdresser & my doctor all noticed that I lost weight in the past 4 days and my blood pressure was at 120/68 at the dr. this morning!

Old photo but thanks! Want to get back there so it is my inspiration I had a stroke so I will never look exactly like that but I saw my chart at the dr and my weight when I 1st went him in 2008 was exactly the goal I told him- to lose 50 more pounds. 0
