I'm a few weeks into this and looking for a small group of friends for motivation, recipe sharing, workout routine discussion, etc. I'm 21, 5'4" and looking to lose about 80 pounds, give or take. It would be super cool if you have a lot of weight to lose (like +50 pounds) just for the similar experience. I'm open to friending anyone though, as we all have the same goal on this website- shedding some pounds, living healthy life styles, being happy - so feel free to send me a request.

Hey I'm from NE and I'm looking to lose 30-40lbs. I definitely need support, advice, and ideas. I have no idea what to eat or what workouts are great for losing weight. I just started swimming a lot and I've dropped about 15lbs but I'm totally clueless on how to drop 30 more. Any help?0

I've dropped about 50 pounds in the past but... I've gained it all back since being married, so I can't exactly give you any pointers on how to lose 30, but I can support you in your journey and share any knowledge that I acquire.
I suggest maybe mixing up your workout routines? I do yoga and pilates daily (or at least try to), strength training every other day, and cardio about 5 times a week. What keeps me from burning out / getting bored is the variety of different workouts I do, and doing things that I actually find fun that just so happen to burn calories lol Good luck with everything, and I'm sure you'll find someone on this site that can help you better than I can.0 -
