I've been doing the C25K and have just completed Week 4 Day 1.

I've been having pains nin my toes over the last few days.
Getting more pins & needles in my hands too.

Anybody had similar symptoms?

Is it bad circulation? If it is what can trigger it off?

The only time I've experienced this was when I forgot to take off my weight lifting gloves before getting on the treadmill, and I felt it in my hands, so it very well could be a circulation issue. Are your running shoes maybe just a little too tight? You should get fitted for shoes late in the day, as feet tend to swell as the day progresses. But with the other issues you've had, you should maybe see if you can get your dr's appt moved up.

It's not like this but you might want to have them check. Pins & needles feeling can be high blood sugar. That is a classic sign of diabetes. Now with that said, I have that all the time when I work out and I don't have diabetes and the Doctor assures me my circulation is great. So basically he says to keep going (he also calls me a drama queen but I ignore that part usually).

About the shoes, did you get them fitted at a running store? If not, you could try that. Bring the shoes with you and they will watch you walk/run in them to make sure they are the right shoes for your feet.

I would get your shoes checked out at a running store. I was getting pain in my toes - where my toes and foot meet specifically - when I ran more than 4.5 miles. I needed a bigger size in shoes. My feet swell a lot. I ended up needing a whole size bigger instead of a half size bigger.
