How did you lose your weight?

Just out of curiosity, how did you guys lose weight/tone up? When I started out I ate 1400 calories a day and alternated 1 hr. of cardio with pilates. Since losing almost 50 pounds I have become lazy and mainly only eat my calorie goal, but I don't work very much. I don't want to be "skinny fat", I want to be "skinny fit". Any suggestions.

    I still have another 50 or so pounds to go, but I did most of it so far by going on Atkins and being strict. I switched to a paleo/primal diet back in January and started working out... the weight loss slowed but my body fat % dropped from 36% to 26% in a matter of a few months, although that's slowing down too. Being fit is just like losing weight, 80% diet. You have to eat properly and have a good exercise routine. Develop muscles with exercise and lose body fat to get them to show.
