The Before pic was taken at my daughter's Valentine's day event at her school in Feb of 2011, today i had a teacher take a pic in the same exact spot. Then I showed that teacher the before pic and he could not believe what he saw. That is a great feeling.

    Until about 2 months ago ONLY dieting on a strict diet. No counting just the same thing everyday except one dinner per week for around 6.5 months, I also have not eaten fried foods since day one of dieting. I started working out about 2 months ago and already have increased lifting weights multiple times.
