Quick sources of fiber?

I always seem to get way too much or nowhere near enough - what are some quick things to munch on when I notice I'm low on fiber at the end of my day?

The right cereal ( Kashi blueberry ) and Fiber bars ( kellog's ) are low fat and high fiber. depends on what your goals is. I think it may be for women somewhere around 20 grams. I know I shoot for 35-40 at 6'2 and 200.0

I can't really afford many convenience foods like snack bars, though I'll definitely look into Kashi cereals. Thanks!
I'd specifically love some fiber-dense fruit or vegetable sources; I have a hard time picking the right ones because I'm so wary of the sugar content.0 -

These surprised me. 12g of fiber in each tortilla. Only 71 calories since they're practically made of fiber.
They also don't taste like poop either. They're pretty decent tortillas.0 -
I've added a Fiber Well gummy supplement to my day. Two gummies adds 5 grams of fiber. Might be worth looking into if you can't get your fiber up naturally.0

I get them at Albertson's which isn't a specialty store at all. They cost $3 for a pack of 8 if I'm not mistaken.0 -
lentils, flax seeds, beans- including chickpeas (hummus!) are all very high in fiber and low in price!0

Raspberries are a good source of fibre, as are fresh peas, spinach, chickpeas, cabbage and kale.
I'm trying to hit 30g + of fibre a day at the moment.
I also do healthy home baking using stonegroud wholemeal flour to boost the fibre content.0 -

The easiest way I've found to get enough fiber in my diet is to eat a high fiber cereal every morning. I prefer kashi golean since it also has a decent amount of protein compared to most cereals. Another thing I've been eating lately is flatout brand Multi-Grain with Flax flat bread, it's 100 calories w/ 8g of fiber and 9g of protein.
As far as snacks go, I like the trader joes Fiberful granola bars (120 calories, 9g fiber, 5g protein) or their Fiberful fruit leather (60 calories, 6g fiber, 1g protein).0 -
Thank you all so much for your great ideas! A high-fiber breakfast cereal is another idea I really like, and the lentil soup sounds delish! Raspberries are also my favorite berry; I had no idea they were so good for me!0
