I am newish here and I have been logging in everyday since I realized that I needed to keep better track of my food intake and needed a bit more support. I am a happily married mom of two wonderful boys, and they are the best things about life. I come on here to track my food, exercise, and to get/give support and motivation.0

I'm also new and still finding my way adding the foods and recipies. I used to be on weigh-less and it worked well. However, we are not located in South Africa anymore, so I'm on my own out here! I guess I should explain. The OP is male, and their profile implied they didn't want a bunch of "flirting". I can totally understand his point of view, some people misinterpret having a bunch of opposite sex friends the wrong way. Since I'm in a happy relationship, I'm not interested in being flirty or anything like that, so ... non-threatening.0 -
