I'm so happy, I just updated my ticker and found out that I have lost 50 pounds from the biggining of my weight loss journey. Now this is my first time posting a pic so it might not work. (Cross fingers)

    Great Job!!! I have to ask, did you follow the MFP diet guidelines during your loss doing Ripped? I have her first four videos but have never really done them on a consistent basis. Do you have her latest two dvds and what type of rotation did you follow, if you don't mind me asking.
