Just wanted to check in with everyone. I have now lost 22 lbs....AMAZING isn't it? I am so proud of myself for sticking to this, I have now lost 22 lbs in 2 months

Thanks to everyone for all the support and motivation everyone shares here I couldn't have done it without this site and it's wonderful members
