Benefits of Regular Exercise

I was just wondering what benefits other people have noticed as a result of incorporating regular exercise into their lifestyle.

I'll start:

1. Better sleep - I've been sleeping better than I have in years.

2. Self-esteem improved - Always suffered from poor self-image since my teen years but not so anymore.

3. Sense of empowerment - Love feeling that I can conquer anything that life throws my way.

Of course, there's more but these three are the major ones for me.


Anyone else?

    More energy. I love the feeling when the endorphins get pumping! Better than any drug

    I can tell people that I'm not a lazy #%^$^# who sits around all day and stuffs her face anymore.
