I don't have many "before" pics. This one was taken June 2011:

Here is me now, 40 pounds GONE!!

I joined here Jan 18th/12...so 5 months ago. It's changed my life. I'm 16 pounds away from my goal. I want to start getting serious about weight lifting. If I can do it anyone can!!
