I just use "low impact aerobics" instead of zumba to get an estimate.

My heart rate monitor says 700+, whereas zumbacalories.com says more around 600. (145lb/10stone 5 lb, 60 minutes, going like the clappers).

depends on how much you weigh, how hard you are actually working among other things. be careful using MFP calculations for calories burned. Most of the exercises I have seen on MFP are WAY higher than what I actually burn. I use a Heart rate monitor when I am concerned with how many calories I am burning and even that is an estimate

It's depends on the instructor's intensity and your body type. It's not something you can google to get an estimate, you really need a heart rate monitor to determine for yourself.

It really depends on the person and how hard you are working. I use to use "dancing, general" to calculate. I kind of estimate it depending on how I did in the class. If I was sweating alot and moving the whole time I usually put around 500-550 cals, and if I didnt feel I worked that hard ill put about 400. I know Goodlife says you can burn up to 600 or something but I usually try to make a low estimate just to make sure I stay within my calories.

I would also advise getting a HRM. I have never burned more than 400 calories in an hour of Zumba, but I'm pretty small so my burns from working out generally aren't big.
