Legs not sore anymore

I should take this as a good thing. I've been leg pressing on a circuit trainer for about a week everyday. I do about 100 rep of 70 lbs and about 10-20 reps of 195lbs. I want to tone and not bulk (I already have big thighs). I feel like because I'm not sore anymore I'm not getting a good workout.

What do you think?

Perfectly normal. Your body is now accustomed to the work and has done enough rebuilding to make you strong enough to accommodate your routine. You're still burning calories and it's good for your legs but you're not challenging your body anymore.

That's really low weight for legs and working out at higher reps actually bulks your legs more than lower rep higher weights although as light as you're going it probably won't do much to bulk at all. I honestly doubt that all that leg size is muscle. Women tend to store fat in their upper legs much more so than men. I could be wrong because that differs from person to person but generally speaking as you cut your body fat % down your legs should shrink in size too.

If you switch to higher weight/lower reps, say heavy enough for you to just do 6 max, you shouldn't get bulky and your legs will get sore again. Cycle your routine. Do the higher rep part of the week and pick a day to do higher weight with lower reps. Give your legs some time off too. It's good for them.

Yes I am sure my legs are fat and not muscle.

So I will definately switch to higher weight, lower reps. Thanks!

Oooh, squats :-/ those are killer and I always feel like I'm gonna fall over.

Shouldn't be doing the same exercise everyday, not giving your leg muscles anytime to recover and repair.. switch it up some days in there and increase weight if it becomes too easy..
