If you need to measure your biceps, you obviously need to up your max on the bench.0

there are a lot of factors than just what size is big. What is your body fat %? What is your height? Someone who is 5'8 will look big with 15s whereas someone who is 6' will look tiny. Someone with shredded 15s will look better than someone with 17" fatceps

Cannot measure just biceps. When you measure arms you're measuring tri's and bi's. To be considered big it depends on your height and bodyfat%. I'm 5'8 and mine are 15" flexed no pump. I still consider myself pretty tiny though.0
