16 is the point at which they are considered better than average. 17 is good. 18 is big. 19 is excellent 20+ is humungous. ireckon wots your take at the mo
i am 15 and half flexed no pump
at about 180pounds
5'10
body fat 14-16%

    If you need to measure your biceps, you obviously need to up your max on the bench.

    there are a lot of factors than just what size is big. What is your body fat %? What is your height? Someone who is 5'8 will look big with 15s whereas someone who is 6' will look tiny. Someone with shredded 15s will look better than someone with 17" fatceps

    mine are 15.5" btw

    Cannot measure just biceps. When you measure arms you're measuring tri's and bi's. To be considered big it depends on your height and bodyfat%. I'm 5'8 and mine are 15" flexed no pump. I still consider myself pretty tiny though.

    I have not measured in years, but back in the day I was at 19.5 This was when I was playing football and working out daily.
