I've read that your fat can turn lumpy before you lose it. My stomach looks like a huge bag of marbles! It's totally disgusting.
If anyone has some experience in this it would be much appreciated. I'd rather DO something if I can rather than wait it out for who knows how long.

1-If these fat globs are holding water is it better to drink MORE to try to flush the water out or drink LESS to shrink the water in them?

2-Would heat, more steam room, sauna, whirlpool or massaging my belly help get fat moving out faster?

3-I weight training 3x week as I heard should be the max. MY WEIGHT IS GOING NOWHERE but my stomach is getting worse. Should I INCREASE my weight training? Increase my cardio?

4-If you've had this awful lumpy, bumpy stage how long did yours last?

Loose skin would be from not doing enough strength training. Water has nothing to do with it.
