new to site and it looks pretty female dominated. any guys out there want to start a friendly competition style challenge. i will head it up. i have some experience with these things. lets do this!!!!!

We're getting ready to flip over a car, yeah.0 -
we could do an inches lost challenge, strength challenge or a good old weight loss challenge. i myself am leaning towards a strength challenge. squats, push-ups and sit-ups. i have a lot of strength training experience. we could post some incredible and weird lifts ( i once did a car pull challenge with a bud) its all for the good of the cause. droppin lbs and gettin in shape!0

I'm in. Like the idea of a rep challenge. I'm about to turn from eating less to eating more for bulking up a bit. Got more fat to lose first though.0

1. push-ups (can only rest at top of push up)
2. sit-ups or crunches, your choice
3. optional--- 1.5 mile run time limit of 14:30

All but the run anyways,,, I don't run. Built all wrong for it. You ever see a Clydesdale gallop? :laugh:0 -

Consider slight mods to diet as well...drink more water in your day (...and no, water with hops does not count :drinker: and add a salad per meal (light on the dressing - if needed - just enough for taste),
